Pillatre Christian Center Church

Church Life in 1978The church at Pillatre, Haiti was started by Emmanuel (Manno) Laguerre in 1978 in an 12 ft. by 20 ft. stick hut. The following year, Manno went to the US to study at Johnson Bible College in Knoxville, TN. Upon his graduation in 1984, he returned to pick up where he left off at Pillatre.

Church Life TodayToday, over 400 people worship each Sunday morning! Praise be to God! In addition, Sunday school and midweek services are available. Revivals are held twice annually, once in January and also in July. Additionally, about 20 cell groups of 10-12 people each meet week to discuss the Sunday service in more detail and share personal testimonies.
Most importantly, lives are being changed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ at Pillatre Christian Center Church. People are being freed from spiritual bondage and growing in their faith in Christ.
